Harbour Boat Tours

You have to collect the original vouchers for the harbor boat tour from the Wunderland ticket desk. Unfortunately, you cannot use the offer with your e-voucher. You can collect them at any time during our opening hours, regardless of whether you are visiting Wunderland.
The vouchers are not tied to the day you visit Wunderland and can be redeemed on any day. They are valid for the "Big Harbor Tour" which lasts around 1 hour.
The vouchers can be redeemed at 5 providers:
- Barkassen Bülow: dock opposite
- Kapitän Max Jens: dock opposite, departures irregular
- Barkassencentrale Ehlers: dock at Baumwall station, regular departures between 10:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., at least every hour, in season and more often if required
- Rainer Abicht Elbrederei: dock at Landungsbrücken, regular departures between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00/6:00 p.m., usually every half hour, in season and more often if required, English Audio Guide available with an app on your mobile device, you need your own headphones
- Barkassen Meyer: dock at Landungsbrücken, regular departures between 10:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., usually every half hour, in season and more often if required, an app is available as an audio guide for the tour.

City Tour

You have to collect the vouchers for the city tour from Wunderland desk. Unfortunately, you cannot use the offer with your e-voucher. You can collect them at any time during our opening hours, regardless of whether you are visiting Wunderland.
The vouchers are not tied to the day you visit Wunderland and can be redeemed on any day.
The vouchers can be redeemed at 2 providers:
- The red double-deckers: Live city tour and audio guide available in several languages
- The yellow double-deckers (please do not confuse with the yellow/blue ones): audio guided city tour
There is a stop right next to the Wunderland building. The main starting points are either Landungsbrücken or the main station. A full round takes around 90 minutes. It is a hop-on hop-off city tour, so you can get off and on again at any time. However, your tickets can only be used on one calendar day.
You can't keep your appointment?
Are you ill at short notice or is your grandma paying a surprise visit? No problem, you can rebook your tickets at any time BEFORE your visit free of charge, either directly to a new date or initially for an indefinite period and then book the new date later. If you do this, your ticket will not expire.
After your tickets have expired, rebooking is no longer possible, and the tickets will then unfortunately expire.
