You received a gift voucher or own a prepaid ticket voucher without any date and time as shown on the picture (pictures on the tickets may vary) and now you look for the website to book these tickets? Just click on the button below.

On the following page please enter one ticket number (below of the barcode) and (re)book your ticket to a date and time of admission to prevent possible waiting times. Without booking a time of admission you have NO priority access! At the end you will receive a confirmation mail. If the mail got lost, it does not matter, you do not need it, if the confirmation was shown on the screen it will be sufficient. Just bring your ticket vouchers along, the number will not change and print your date and time on the tickets by hand.

If you own vouchers for a special event (Wunderland at Night, Culinary Trip around the World or "Big Tubs & small Trains") you will see all actual available dates. In this case you receive Print@Home Tickets at the end, which you can save on your mobile device, print out (you do not have to) or just bring the original vouchers along and print your date an time on the tickets as well.
