German Bridge Construction Award for our bridge
Since December 2021, more than one million guests have been crossing the Fleet at dizzy heights in Wunderland every year. Our bridge has now been awarded the German Bridge Construction Award.
It is already impossible to imagine Miniatur Wunderland without it. Our bridge as a link between South America and Provence is more than just a fleet crossing for us and our visitors. With a unique view of the Speicherstadt and train traffic through our model section "The World from Above" also a popular motif for many cameras. At the award ceremony in Dresden, HHLA-Immobilien and the planning team of Panta Ingenieure and StudioH2K Architekten received the award in the category of pedestrian and cycle bridges. Since 2006, the German Bridge Construction Award has been presented every two years by the Bundesingenieurkammer and the Verband Beratender Ingenieure.
