In November, all aircraft remain on the ground at Knuffingen Airport. Still, there is a lot of traffic on the runway. In the new episode of Gerrit's diary we show the reasons.

In today's episode, Gerrit shows how we used the lockdown to modernize the airport. The runway was completely renewed and rewired, magnetic tapes were laid and new slot closers were installed. The sled that lifts the planes into the air, hidden under the system, has ridden almost 4 million times since the airport opened!

During this time, all kinds of knowledge were gathered for the renewal of the runway, which have now been incorporated.
